At Xunkhap, we stand behind the quality of our low-energy garden lighting products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, this Return Policy explains how we can help make it right.

Return Timeframe

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For garden lighting products that have been opened or installed, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or practical reasons. These include custom-designed lighting systems, clearance or final sale items, lighting products that show signs of installation or outdoor use, products damaged due to misuse or improper installation, and items returned without original packaging or documentation.

Professional installation services and consultation fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at administration@xunkhap.world or call +44 1792 653880. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization number and detailed return instructions.

Items sent back without first requesting a Return Authorization may not be accepted. Once your return is authorized, carefully package the item with all original components and ship it to the address provided by our team.

Return Shipping

For returns due to our error, such as receiving incorrect or defective lighting products, Xunkhap will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same garden lighting product in a different size, color, or specification, subject to availability. If you need to exchange an item, contact us using the same process as returns. We will help facilitate the exchange once we receive and approve your returned product.

For exchanges to different products, we recommend processing a return for a refund and placing a new order to ensure you receive your preferred lighting solution as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective garden lighting product, please contact us immediately at administration@xunkhap.world or +44 1792 653880. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Most of our lighting products come with manufacturer warranties. For defects that appear after the return window has closed, please refer to the warranty information provided with your product or contact us for assistance with warranty claims.

Restocking Fees

Xunkhap does not charge restocking fees for standard returns made within our return timeframe. However, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to large or custom orders, special-order items, or returns made outside the standard return window. Any applicable restocking fees will be communicated to you when you request your Return Authorization.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no charge if the cancellation request is received before the product has shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
